Complete private utility locating for North Texas

Every site is different. We bring the right method to yours — from electromagnetic locating to camera inspection — and mark what's below so you can dig without guessing.

Service 01

Electromagnetic Locating

For metallic lines and tracer-wire utilities, electromagnetic locating pinpoints the horizontal path and estimated depth of power, gas, water, and communication lines. A transmitter puts a signal on the line and a receiver follows it from the surface.

  • Active & passive frequency sweeps
  • Direct-connect & inductive coupling
  • Path & depth estimation
  • Tracer-wire and sonde locating

Service 02

Private Line Locating

The 811 service only marks public utility-owned lines to the meter. Everything beyond that — yard lights, irrigation, gas to a shop, private water wells, septic, and pool lines — is your responsibility. We locate and mark all of it.

  • Lines past the meter 811 skips
  • Irrigation, lighting & pool lines
  • Private gas, water & septic
  • Homeowner & commercial property

Service 03

Pre-Construction Utility Mapping

A full walk of your site that pulls every located line into one clear, documented map. You get as-located data you can hand to a designer, a bidder, or an excavation crew before anyone breaks ground.

  • Full-site subsurface investigation
  • Marked, photographed & documented
  • Digital map deliverables available
  • Supports design & bid accuracy

Service 04

Water & Leak Investigation

When a water line is losing pressure, guessing means tearing up a yard. We trace the line path and access points so repairs are targeted, faster, and far less destructive to your property.

  • Line path tracing to access points
  • Reduce unnecessary excavation
  • Residential & light commercial
  • Coordination with your plumber

Service 05

Sewer & Pipe Camera Inspection

A push camera with an integrated sonde lets us inspect the interior condition of sewer and drain lines and locate the camera head from the surface — combining visual diagnosis with precise positioning.

  • Interior condition assessment
  • Sonde locating of camera head
  • Blockage & defect identification
  • Depth & path documentation

The APWA color code

Every marked line speaks a standard language

We mark to the national APWA uniform color code so anyone on your site — from your crew to the next contractor — can read exactly what is buried and where. No guesswork, no ambiguity.
